They work fast! (knock on wood)

Rob and I went back out to the house this week.  Since our last visit, they've made quite a bit of progress.  We were excited to see that all the framing was up and the roof was finished!  They've also got the wingindows in and started plumbing.

According to the timeline, we are on track - I'm hoping we continue that way!   We asked our sales lady when we would be able to schedule the dry wall meeting.  Since the dry wall meeting typically means we are 45 days from closing, we are anxious to figure out the timing so we can put our notice into our apartment complex.  She said it should be coming soon but was sure to mention that it could be 60 days since there are so many houses going up right now.  The house a few doors down is much further ahead of us and after peaking in, we saw they don't have dry wall up yet!  Yikes!  Hopefully we stay on track and can close and get into the house before December.  I'll keep you posted on how the timing works out.
