3 months later...the house has started!

Obviously we're starting a blog, so first post is designated to why we wanted to start it in the first place:  Documenting our experience building a Venice with Ryan Homes.  We've waited patiently for 3 month, if you didn't catch that from the title, for permits and financing to go through and now we've officially started building a home.  Digging started the week of Aug 12th and we're surprised at how fast its going!  We've gone from a hole in the ground to house frame up in 4 weeks!
